• Established emergency medicine program at a 300-bed regional medical center in North Dakota
• Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
• (10) - 12-hour shifts are a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
• 18k annual patients (about 1.2 per hour)
• Open to EM physicians available now or 2024 residents with H-1B visa options
• Hourly rate of $250 plus $10/hour bonuses for excellent earnings potential
• $100k sign-on is forgiven over time
• North Dakota community with a regional airport and a 100k+ area population
