Position Summary
The Supply Chain Solutions Implementation Manager is responsible for engaging with and making strategic sourcing recommendations to surgeons, leadership and other stakeholders that focus on the total cost of ownership to achieve the best value for MultiCare. The incumbent conveys the drivers of supply costs, utilization variances and quality of care outcomes across MultiCare to assist in the development of savings initiatives; monitors performance of implemented changes; achieves continuous improvements; raises awareness of benchmark index information and outcome metrics; ensures connectivity of IBU focused initiatives into system opportunities; works collaboratively to identify and lead opportunity implementation via approved utilization changes, contacting opportunities, pick list revisions, vendor engagement, etc. and identifies industry and category trends.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree; Masterâs Degree preferred
One of the following certifications required: Certified Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Professional in Supply Management, (CPSM)
Minimum seven (7) years of experience to include direct management of supply chain contracts, developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $98,634.00 and the pay scale is $98,634.00 - $141,939.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
