As part of the BayCare Medical Group leadership team, the Medical Director for Surgical Specialties leads clinical and administrative operations of surgical specialties to ensure quality of care, patient safety, patient, provider, and team member satisfaction and efficient use of resource. Duties are completed under the direction of the BMG Board and through partnership with operations directors as well as practice administrators and other organizational leaders. The Medical Director is responsible for addressing the needs of their assigned physicians, advanced practice providers, and team members while aligning individual efforts with the mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and organizational goals of BayCare Medical Group. This position reports directly to t
