DescriptionThe UCLA Department of Surgery Well-being Instructor will be embedded in the Department of Surgery to lead in creation of Departmental well-being offerings including but not limited to mindfulness techniques and individualized practices. First and foremost, the role and goal of this position is to enhance and support the well-being, mental health, professional and personal contentment, and retention of faculty. The Well-Being Instructor will create trusted, supportive relationships with faculty by leading individual, accessible, personalized mindfulness mentoring/coaching sessions.  In addition, this role will collaborate, consult with, and contribute to the establishment, growth, and evolution of
