JOB SPECIFICS
In a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.
Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management.
Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations. Serves in both a clinical and leadership capacity, depending on specialty and location.

Full time, base salary pay range for this position: $299,374-$405,036.

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
