Job DescriptionResponsible for shaping and executing high-impact training initiatives that align with clinical, financial, and service quality goals. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs across the University of Maryland Medical System. Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of training initiatives, managing resources, mitigating risks, and optimizing costs. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, measure training impact, and adapt strategies to evolving priorities. Work is performed under general direction. Direct report to the Vice President Clinical Systems & Chief of Clinical Informatics.
