SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As the entry-level position in the desktop field support team, this position provides field support and problem resolution for personal computers, standard software applications, and networks. This typically requires the identification and analysis of common problems, followed by the application of established methods and procedures.
Using documented procedures and technical knowledge to provide technical support to IT Service Desk customers. Responsible to provide documentation to Tier 1 staff members if required.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
1 year of related experience required
