Manager Operations - Foundation SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all aspects of Valley Children's Healthcare Foundation's financial and administrative functions. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and supervise the administrative staff. Will develop and manage the Foundation's budgets, processes, records and controls to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of the Foundation's financial administration and support the development of financial plans and projections; will develop and maintain monthly and quarterly financial tracking and variance analysis in order to closely manage the cost per dollar raised for all significant areas of fund raising.
